**Attention: “Thanksgiving Day” SAFETY Concern**
Thanksgiving Day turkeys have been recalled due to the avian virus also known as the “Bird Flu”. The recall affects millions of sold turkeys in the United States. The CDC and major turkey suppliers formed the Turkey Safety Hotline to answer questions, provide information and offer reimbursement.
One way to determine if your cooked turkey is safe to eat involves observing for green discolorations across the wings and thighs. Green Turkeys are NOT SAFE to eat!
